Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives:	The aim of this course is to examine the positioning of women and women's labor in family life, social life, working life and economic life throughout history in the context of mentality, system and human. Various perspectives on women's labor and gender issues will also be discussed and evaluated in the course.
Course Content:	Lesson; women's labor, approaches to women and women's labor in ancient societies and various cultures, the position of women in the family, working life and social life and gender, gender discrimination in working life, women's employment and career barriers, women's poverty, women's institutions and organizations, working women It includes issues such as rights and violations of rights.

2) Uses the theoretical and practical knowledge at the level of expertise in the field of surgical diseases nursing.
3) Conducts a planned research to identify and solve problems in the field of surgery.
4) Has the ability of lifelong learning.
5) By taking part in the work of professional organizations and scientific activities, it brings suggestions for the development of the profession, the solution of problems and contributes to scientific development.
6) Contributes to science by publishing at least one part of an original study that brings innovation to science, develops a new scientific method or applies a known method to a field, in national and / or international refereed journals, expanding the boundaries of knowledge in the field.
7) To be able to integrate the knowledge in the field of surgical nursing with information from different disciplines and interpret it to create new information, analyze it using different research methods.
