Course Objectives: | Pharmacogenetics is the disipline of inherited genetic differences in drug metabolic pathways which can affect individual responses to drugs, both in terms of therapeutic effect as well as adverse effects.. Purpose of this course is to learn common introduction concerning pharmacogenetics and to learn concerning differential follow in drug effects. |
Course Content: | In this course, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics affected by genetic factors, to evaluate and identify genetic characteristics changing effects of the drugs used for treatment and diagnosis, to have information about pharmacogenetics of drug transporters, and to transfer the knowledge obtained in this course in a systematic way |
