Course Objectives: | To learn egne, gene and nutrient element, gene and environment, the interaction of genes with diseases. |
Course Content: | Genetic variation, gene, nutrition and gene expression, nutrigenomic activity and safety assessment of nutrients, gene and environment, Type 1 DM gene and nutrient interaction, cancer nutrigenomic, genetic variation and physical performance and nutrigenomic concept in terms of food safety |
