Course Objectives: | The goal of this course is to provide students with an overview of current methods, applications, analysis approaches, and results in different fields of systems biology. |
Course Content: | Omics data acquisition and interpretation. Large-scale methods used in systems biology research and their basic data types. Different systems biology approaches in their advantages and disadvantages. Network Biology. Topological parameters. Practical sessions based on bioinformatic tools examples of the latest research publications that mark the frontier of the field of systems biology. |
