Course Objectives: | This course provides an introduction to the fundamental concepts of Management Information Systems in the modern business environment. New trends and innovations in information and communication technologies are also discussed. In this course, students are expected to create a new e-commerce business plan/idea. |
Course Content: | What is information system, what is information technology? Strategic use of information and information technology. Information ethics; Databases; Internet and E-commerce. |
