Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: This course is an introduction to the fundamental principles and concepts of neuroscience. It covers the structure and function of the nervous system, basic neurophysiology, neural plasticity, neural development, and the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying behavior.

Learning Objectives:

Understand the basic anatomy and organization of the nervous system
Understand the basic principles of neurophysiology and the action potential
Understand the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying synaptic transmission
Understand the principles of neural plasticity and how they relate to learning and memory
Understand the basic principles of neural development and how they relate to the formation of the nervous system
Understand the relationship between brain and behavior
