Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The primary goal of the course is to equip students with the skills to apply psychological principles to employee behavior, enabling them to develop effective strategies for enhancing employee productivity and well-being.
Course Content: Well-Being and Happiness, Work-Life Balance, Job Stress, Motivation at Work, Organizational Culture, Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Practices, Training and Development.
