Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives:	It aims to provide students with accurate, clear and effective communication skills while expressing themselves. In addition, it aims to develop students' thinking, analysis and discussion skills in the field of communication.
Course Content:	In this course content; open communication, verbal and nonverbal communication, body language, gestures and mimics, empathy, active listening, interpersonal communication.

13) As an optician, she/he knows the laws, regulations, legislation and professional ethical rules related to her/his duties, rights and responsibilities and acts in accordance with these rules.
