Facilities

The Dental Prosthesis Technology Program has a strong technical infrastructure that enables students to develop their laboratory skills. The preclinical laboratory within the program provides a well-equipped educational environment where students receive hands-on training in the use of dental materials, stages of prosthesis production, impression and model preparation processes, and the fabrication techniques of fixed and removable prostheses. This laboratory makes a significant contribution to the development of students’ manual skills and their competence in professional practices. In addition, students have the opportunity to observe the prosthesis laboratory within the university’s Dental Hospital and become familiar with laboratory processes. By examining the workflows transferred from the clinical team to the laboratory, students are able to observe the preparation, completion, and delivery processes of dental prostheses on site. These facilities support the program’s educational approach, which integrates theoretical knowledge with practical laboratory work.
