Course Objectives:

The aim of this course is to provide students with fundamental knowledge and skills related to project management concepts, processes, and techniques. The course aims to enable students to develop competencies in defining project objectives, managing resources, planning time and costs, analyzing risks, and managing project teams throughout the planning, implementation, monitoring, and control phases.

Course Content:

Introduction to project management, project concepts and project life cycle, strategic project management approach, project selection and evaluation processes, project scope management, time and cost planning, resource management, risk management, project organization and team management, project implementation processes, performance monitoring and control, project evaluation, and project success criteria.
