Course Objectives: | It is aimed to provide students with knowledge and skills in preparing a scientific research proposal in accordance with research ethics, accessing resources, determining the appropriate materials and methods for the research, interpreting and discussing the findings, reporting and sharing in accordance with publication ethics. |
Course Content: | This course covers the scientific research process and steps (problem identification, data collection, data analysis and interpretation of results), scientific research methods (experimental method, descriptive method, etc.), research types, literature review, data analysis, universe and sampling methods, data It includes collection tools, reporting of research findings, sources of research error, research and publication ethics, ethical violations and prevention methods, and the ways to be followed in detecting violations. |
