| Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to examine classical and contemporary theories in developmental psychology, enabling students to evaluate developmental processes from a scientific perspective. The course will focus particularly on recent updates to developmental theories, critical perspectives, and new methodological trends. |
| Course Content: | This course covers fundamental theoretical frameworks of developmental psychology, examining the evolution of different theories over time and their evaluation in light of modern scientific advancements. In addition to cognitive, emotional, social, and moral development theories, neurodevelopmental and cultural approaches will also be explored. Moreover, new research methods and contemporary debates in developmental psychology will be discussed. |
