Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives:	This course aims to equip psychology students with effective interviewing techniques and therapeutic communication skills in clinical settings. Students will develop their abilities to establish a trustworthy relationship with the client, listen empathetically, and accurately assess the client's needs.
Course Content:	Overview of the interview process Basic interviewing techniques Empathic listening and feedback Strategies for dealing with resistance Interviewing special populations (children, the elderly, trauma survivors) Ethics and professionalism Case studies and role-play exercises
