Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to introduce students to significant texts in various fields of psychology and to enhance their skills in critical reading, analysis, and critical thinking. It aims for students to gain in-depth knowledge about psychological topics and theories and to relate this knowledge to current events and personal experiences. |
Course Content: | In this course, some of the selected studies in the psychological literature are read and summarized. Students are guided through the implications of these studies and why they are so important. This course includes an examination of forty psychological studies that changed the science of psychology and a journey through the history of psychological research. |
