Course Objectives: | The objective of this course is to teach students the leadership structure of international organizations, cross-cultural leadership theories, leadership styles, and best practices in this field. It aims for students to understand the concept of leadership from a global perspective and to develop effective leadership strategies in different cultural contexts. |
