| Course Objectives: | This course aims to teach professional interviewing techniques used in organizations by integrating evolutionary psychology and positive psychology perspectives. It is designed to help students develop the skills to plan, conduct, and evaluate interviews that support employee well-being, enhance workplace happiness, and create meaningful work experiences. The course covers practical competencies for various types of interviews that enrich the employee experience and foster positive interaction in the workplace, including recruitment, performance appraisal, conflict management, feedback sessions, and motivation-enhancing conversations. |
| Course Content: | This course covers topics including employee happiness, employee well-being, meaningful work practices, interview techniques, stay interviews, exit/closure interviews, feedback, performance appraisal, conflict management, and negotiation techniques. These topics will be addressed through both theoretical and practical approaches. |
