Course Objectives: |
This course covers basic organizational behavior theories and concepts in order to understand, explain and manage the behavior of individuals and groups within organizations. It is aimed for students to gain the ability to analyze human behavior in organizations through topics such as organizational culture, leadership, motivation, conflict management, communication and organizational change. |
Course Content: |
Topics such as basic principles of organizational behavior, human behavior within the organization at individual and group levels, organizational culture, organizational commitment, motivation theories, leadership approaches, decision-making processes, conflict management, stress management, organizational change and development will be covered. |
