Course Objectives: | This course encourages students to think about design elements and the relationship between them in order to gain analytical skills, and teaches charcoal drawing techniques through applied examples. It helps improve drawing skills by increasing eye and hand coordination through sketching. |
Course Content: | In this course, charcoal drawing techniques will be introduced together with the materials used, and design elements and principles will be included in practice. Subjects to be taught during this course include composition in design, abstraction, conceptualization, comparison, dialogue in sketching, measurement, light/shadow, etc. There are topics. |
