Course Objectives: | The aim of this course help the students learn genome structure, genome organization and genetic and epigenetic changes of gene expression. |
Course Content: | Genome Anatomies, Studying Genome, How Genomes Function, Regulation of Genome Activity, DNA Methylation, Histone Modifications and Epigenetics, Non-coding RNAs in Gene Regulation, The Biology of Genomic Imprinting, X Chromosome Inactivation. |
