Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: Enable to know how administrative process in Human resources works and enable to explain functions of human resources.
Course Content: Human Resources concept; administration and planning of human resources fields; development of human resources; human in organization and administration; transmission from staff management to human resources; differences between staff management and human resources; problems in human resources; functions of human resources; planning to manpower; education and development; payment and evaluation of work, keeping; performance evaluation; administration of human resources in Turkey; staff management in Turkey.

4) Knowledge of project management, risk management, innovation and change management, entrepreneurship and sustainable development
5) Awareness of the sectors and the ability to prepare a business plan.
