Course Objectives: This course provides knowledge, attitudes and skills about quality management in health services.
Course Content: Historical Development of Quality and Quality, Total Quality Management Philosophy and Principles, Quality in Health and Nursing Services, Quality and Leadership, Quality and Corporate Culture, Quality and Teamwork, Continuous Quality Improvement, Quality Improvement Tools, Measuring Quality in Health Services, Quality Assurance Systems, Quality Awards, Our Country's Quality Standards in Health.
