Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: This course aims to provide the student with the ability to access information on sexual health, to evaluate the sexual health status of the individuals she cares for, to understand the priority issues in terms of sexual health and to apply the necessary care.
Course Content: Concepts of Sexual Health and Sexuality, Physiology of Sexual Function and Sexual Response Cycle in Women and Men, Sexual Dysfunctions in Women, Sexual Dysfunctions in Men, Sexual Identity Disorders, Sexual Development by Age, Psychosexual Development, Adolescence and Sexual Development, Sexual Health in Adulthood, Pregnancy, postpartum period, sexual health in infertility situations, Family planning methods and sexual health, Old age and sexual health, Sexual violence, Sex education
