Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is; To provide students with knowledge and skills for evaluating the specific needs of the individual who needs home care services and planning the necessary care.
Course Content: This course; roles and responsibilities of the home care team, effective communication process with patients, families, other healthcare professionals, acting in accordance with ethical principles and patient rights in planning care for the individual and family, planning appropriate care for individuals with acute or chronic diseases and terminal patients, health education and It includes issues on the importance of record keeping.
