Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: To train nurses who have gained the knowledge, skills and attitude required to lead the nursing staff in the healthcare team by examining the basic concepts, theories and principles related to management and nursing services management, evaluating them in line with the nursing philosophy and the requirements in the field of health services management in our country.
Course Content: This course includes the knowledge and skills required to lead the nursing staff in line with the basic concepts and theories of management and nursing services management. (General Health System and Organizational Structure of Hospitals-Health Policies, Legal Regulations Regarding Health and Nursing-Management and Organization of Nursing Services, Organization Theories and Principles, Management Concepts-Management Process, Quality Management-Concepts Related to Quality-Quality Management Process-Nursing Quality Management Practices in Services, Communication-Conflict Management-Meeting and Time Management, Management of Care Unit-Patient Classification, Problem Solving-Decision Making, Change Motivation, Power, Authority, Influencing-Nursing and Leadership, Human Resources Management and Business Analysis, Teamwork, Career Management Performance Assessment), includes topics.
