Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is; to provide students with knowledge and skills in line with the basic principles, standards and practices of gynecology, obstetrics and gynecology nursing. |
Course Content: | This course includes obstetrics, gynecology nursing, anatomy of the reproductive system, physiology, physiology of pregnancy, prenatal care, nutrition during pregnancy, evaluation of fetal health, risky pregnancies, delivery, maternal care in labor, risky labor, newborn physiology, newborn requiring special care, delivery It includes topics such as late period, psycho-social and cultural dimension of pregnancy, reproductive cycle anomalies, phases of women's life, family planning infertility, structural and functional disorders of reproductive organs, gynecological cancers, diagnosis and treatment methods in gynecology. |
