Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to provide students with; that psychological skills are as important as physical skills in sports; in this context, to cope with stress and anxiety, to develop concentration skills, to teach the necessary techniques to increase motivation and to enable them to develop the right approach in the competition and competition processes (before, during, after). |
Course Content: | History, subject and tasks of sports psychology, arousal, anxiety, stress and fear, perception and attention, concentration, motivation, personality in sports, motivation, aggression, leadership, group cohesion. |
