Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: This course's objectives are to introduce the discipline of industrial and organizational psychology and help students acquire the fundamental knowledge and expertise needed to work in it.
Course Content: Organizational Culture and Organization Structure, Foundations of group structure, recruitment process, performance evaluation, Training and Development, Work attitudes, Work Stress
