Course Objectives: | The principle of "right to life" and "right to health" is to gain a general understanding of health law, and to examine the legal protection in case of consumer malpractice depending on the tendencies of patient outcomes within the scope of international and national legislation and practice. |
Course Content: | Legal rules and practice comparatively in international and national law, on the basis of the right to health and the right to life. |
