Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: It is to introduce the basic concepts of data, information, documents, documents, medical documents and documentation to the student and to make them comprehend the definition, architectural features and organizational structures of archives in health institutions and organizations, which are professional practice areas.
Course Content: It is to gain knowledge and skills on data, information, documents, medical documents and documentation, patient record, patient file, importance, usage area, content, patient file archives, importance of archives, architectural structure and features.
