Course Objectives: |
The aim of this course is; Optician business concept and development, the books that opticians must keep, store management concept, store management terms, organizational structures of stores, human resources and financial management in stores, product diversity, stock management, promotion and advertising activities in stores. |
Course Content: |
It includes feasibility studies and opening processes, laws and regulations, contracts, automation systems and records, operating cost, store arrangement, sales techniques and communication. |
